Well, now you have to be present when your lawyer responds to a request to admit. The client has to sign it with him/her or it's not valid.
Unfortunately, I didn’t have that law in place when Tony Cameron filed the response for their request to admit or deny in my mercantile suit. I wasn't allowed to be present for the interrogatories as well.
