Yesterday morning, I dropped off 3 videos at transitions for them to give to the chairman of the board of directors. The receptionist stated that he wasn't in town at that location. So I told her that she needed to give the videos to whoever may be in charge of operations of that facility.

Client not being present

Well, now you have to be present when your lawyer responds to a request to admit. The client has to sign it with him/her or it's not valid.

Unfortunately, I didn’t have that law in place when Tony Cameron filed the response for their request to admit or deny in my mercantile suit. I wasn't allowed to be present for the interrogatories as well.
