During my Mercantile Lawsuit, the other side's legal counsel and mine (come to find out) were good ole boys. Which is why you should NEVER hire a local lawyer to go up against another local. They "came up" together. Well thanks for telling me mr. motherfucker.

Then come to find out, the bank that I was suing (and later was forced to drop the suit) filed for bankruptcy because of the economic and managerial issues is was experiencing. All of the other local banks didn't have economic or other managerial issues.
It's funny how every business blames the economy when they have self-inflicted problems.
